A lot sites that claim to have real Taiwanese recipes have let me down. For a long time I didn’t think it was possible for a white guy to cook authentic Taiwanese food in America. 2003-20013 was a dark* and flavorless decade.
Then Taiwan Duck Proved that I had been wrong all along! All I needed were the right recipes! Taiwanduck.com shows how to cook Taiwanese food exactly the way I remember eating it in Taiwan. Every time I have tried one of their recipes I’m teleported 11 years into the past!
